i found the check-in process efficient. bijal welcomed me and explained the hotel's amenities. a glass of mint and rosemary water was a nice touch after my travels. the executive lounge offered a good selection of cheeses, meats, and nibbles catering to various dietary needs.

the counter staff seemed perfunctory. they gave me the wrong room type, but did not propose a solution or apologize. i am wary that this hotel might charge you for items you did not consume and you will only find out after you've settled the bill.

the room was a beautiful king room, and it was acceptable.

I had some issues with the room upon arrival though. the bathroom linens were missing, and it took a while to get them delivered. About twenty minutes after i asked. also, i found the space quite small, so i had to adjust the furniture to fit my suitcase.

i found a clean room plus a marvelous view overlooking the garden. i also loved the cute staff. i appreciate the special support and help from maxime rodziniski. the longe was great with its viewing and staffing so i did enjoy the services.

i did have high expectations having stayed at most hiltons. i was expecting better.

The breakfast restaurant offered a wide selection. I saw fresh fruit, pastries, and cooked-to-order omelets, all served in a bright, airy space and the service was swift and courteous, so i had a nice morning.

The hotel is situated near mayfair. this offers easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. I found the area very walkable, and public transportation was readily available so, the location worked.

The executive lounge on the 28th floor offers panoramic views. I saw complimentary snacks and beverages served throughout the day, so i could unwind and i also used the fitness center with cardio machines.

My queen room was spacious. I had a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. i noticed the air conditioning worked efficiently. also, the room included a mini-bar stocked with drinks, so that was comfy.
