Our room was uncomfortably warm due to the outdated air conditioning unit blowing out warm air. The staff was accommodating when we requested a room change. The location is perfect for sightseeing, shopping, and easy access to both Hyde Park and Green Park, although it does not meet typical five-star standards with a noisy and oppressive atmosphere. The dining options were limited, leading us to choose another venue. The hotel provides good facilities and is priced reasonably. However, the value for money regarding the dining experience may not align with expectations.
